Epic Experience Advisors, LLC

EEA Website Terms of Use

These draft terms govern access to the public EEA and SignalOps website and its informational content.

V1 draft for qualified legal counsel review. This page is not attorney-reviewed, final, or legal advice.

1. Website scope and entity

The public website is provided by Epic Experience Advisors, LLC (EEA), a legal management consultancy and the operating company behind SignalOps. SignalOps is EEA’s operational-intelligence SaaS product and operating brand, not a separate corporation or LLC.

These terms apply to the public website, its pages, public descriptions, forms, and other informational content. They do not grant access to a private SignalOps workspace unless a separate customer arrangement does so.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful information, evaluation, and communication purposes. You may not interfere with the website, probe or bypass its access controls, misrepresent your identity or authority, upload malicious material, scrape or republish the site in a way that misleads others, or use the site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

3. Content and intellectual property

EEA and its licensors retain rights in the website, SignalOps names and marks, designs, text, software, and other content unless a page or separate agreement says otherwise. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to view and use the public content for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership or authorize copying a distinctive product or service experience.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you permit EEA to evaluate and use that feedback without treating it as confidential unless a separate written obligation applies. Do not submit confidential customer operational data through a public form or page unless the page specifically requests it.

4. Links, availability, and disclaimers

The website may refer to third-party services or information for convenience. EEA does not adopt every third-party statement or control a third party’s availability, security, or content.

The website and public content are provided for general information and evaluation. EEA does not promise that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular decision. Operational, safety, security, legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions require appropriate human judgment and applicable professional advice.

5. Separate agreements control customer work

These website terms do not replace or amend a consulting or advisory agreement, statement of work, order form, procurement terms, purchase order, invoice arrangement, or SignalOps Terms of Service. If you use SignalOps as a customer, the applicable SignalOps terms and commercial documents govern that service relationship to the extent they conflict with these website terms.

6. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the website and for content you submit through it. EEA is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported reliance on public content, or matters outside EEA’s reasonable control. Counsel should confirm the final exclusions, limitations, indemnity language, governing law, and dispute forum for this public website before adoption.

This V1 draft intentionally leaves the governing-law selection, venue, and dispute process for qualified counsel to complete. No particular state, county, court, arbitration process, or deadline is selected by this draft.

7. V1 draft status

This is a working V1 document for qualified legal counsel review. It is not attorney-reviewed, final, or legal advice. EEA may revise the public website terms prospectively, subject to any separate written agreement that applies to a customer or engagement.
